Cancellation Terms for Training Courses
The following cancellation terms apply to all training courses offered by Projects4P:
1. Cancellation by Participants

Up to 30 days before the start of the training:
Cancellation is free of charge. -
29 to 15 days before the start of the training:
50% of the agreed training fee will be charged. -
14 to 8 days before the start of the training:
75% of the agreed training fee will be charged. -
7 days or less before the start of the training:
100% of the agreed training fee will be charged.
The relevant date for determining the cancellation period is the date on which the written cancellation is received by Projects4P. The cancellation periods are calculated based on the first day of the training.
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling to a later training date may be possible upon agreement and subject to availability. Any preparation work already performed and additional costs resulting from the rescheduling may be charged.
3. No-Show / Partial Attendance
Non-attendance or partial attendance does not entitle the participant to a refund or reduction of the training fee.
The 35-hour training certificate required for the PMP® exam application will only be issued upon completion of the required training hours. Participants who do not complete the required training hours will not receive the certificate.
4. Cancellation or Postponement by Projects4P
If Projects4P has to cancel or postpone a training course for important reasons, including force majeure, trainer illness, insufficient participant numbers or other unforeseen circumstances, the training will be rescheduled.
Projects4P will offer alternative training dates suitable for the participant. The training may be provided by Projects4P or a qualified Projects4P partner, while maintaining the agreed scope and quality of the training.
5. Changes to Training Delivery
Where necessary, Projects4P may make reasonable organisational changes to the trainer, schedule, training location or delivery format, provided that the overall scope and quality of the training remain substantially equivalent.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Projects4P or the participant, including natural disasters, government measures, pandemics, strikes or comparable events, the training may be postponed, rescheduled or delivered in an appropriate alternative format.
Projects4P will make reasonable efforts to provide the training at an alternative date suitable for the participant.
7. Training Materials and Licences
In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party, including natural disasters, government measures, pandemics, strikes or comparable events, the parties will jointly agree on an appropriate solution, such as postponement or delivery of the training in an alternative format.
8. Certification Preparation
Projects4P training courses are designed to provide participants with the knowledge and preparation required for the respective certification examination.
Passing the PMP® certification examination is subject to the participant's examination performance and the examination requirements established by PMI®.
9. External Costs
Projects4P shall not be liable for participants' travel, accommodation or other external expenses resulting from a postponement, rescheduling or organisational change, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
