Projects4P was founded by Stefan Isler and shortly thereafter integrated into R + R Burger and Partner AG as a distinct business unit. The driving force was the desire to support and empower organizations on their challenging journey toward achieving a higher maturity level in project management.
Since many initiatives to improve project management often fail, Projects4P’s ambition is to create long-term value through integrative and organization-focused approach. To achieve this, the 4P Dynamo Model was developed, which clearly and compellingly formulates and supports this approach.
Both companies and academic partners support our ambition to enhance the maturity level of project-oriented organizations, providing them with a significant competitive advantage, as well as the ongoing development of the model.
