SMP Congrés 2025

Projects4P, represented by Stefan Isler, had the honor of contributing to the national discussion on project excellence.
On behalf of ZHAW, our team presented findings from an Innosuisse-funded feasibility study focused on maturity assessments in project management. Key questions addressed included:

  • How can maturity assessments spark strategic dialogue within organizations?

  • What role do they play in influencing decision-makers to invest in project management competencies?

  • How can emerging technologies, including AI, enhance the relevance and adaptability of these tools?

While AI holds great promise in making assessments smarter and more responsive, our focus was on its transformative potential: to encourage self-reflection, align stakeholders, and inspire long-term development in project-oriented organizations.

We extend our sincere thanks to our academic partners, Patrick Lehner and Ruth Christine Lechler, whose insight and collaboration were essential to shaping this study.
